I have written this brief essay for those pious souls and lovers of truth residing in Europe, who through their God given reason and intellect, have recognised that everything they were previously told about Islam emanated from the prejudices of agents of the Church. And now that they wish to gain a fresh and truer perspective into Islam, I intend here to elucidate on a most incomparable institution; one which is considered an essential practice of Islam—that is the namaz2.
