The English translation of Taudih-e-Maram—Elucidation of Objectives—by Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, the Promised Messiah and Mahdi(as), is published for the first time in England. The book was originally translated from Urdu into English by Professor Qazi Muhammad Aslam and published in Pakistan. The present English edition is a new translation by Chaudhry Muhammad Ali to whom we are extremely obliged for the great pains he has taken to improve the quality of the translation and to make it as true to the original as is possible for any translation to be. We are also grateful to Farina Qureshi, Farida Ahmad and Munir-ud-Din Shams, Additional Wakil-ut-Tasnif, London, UK for the strenuous efforts they had put in to make the manuscript ready for publication.
