The Danish government is perhaps not so far gone, however, those who wrote this news item and those who printed it seem totally devoid of sensibility. There is nothing in their minds but mischief. There seems to be no other reason for printing this news item than to incite the Muslims. They are aware that Muslims are aroused by this name. So they wanted to create turmoil in countries where anti-Ahmadiyya feelings are high, such as, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Pakistan. It would not be far-fetched that certain elements might have started the movement with the ulterior motive of starting movements against the governments of these countries. We have noticed that up till now whenever a movement against Ahmadis was started it ended up as an anti-government movement. Therefore, these governments should have some common sense and should not be taken in one by the opportunist mullahs or other such elements. As far as the station of the Holy Prophet(sa) is concerned, in our eyes, one might have seen and judged it from the poetic verses of the Promised Messiah(as) that I just read. Each Ahmadi knows the status he has in their heart for the Holy Prophet(sa). I have mentioned this in my previous sermons. I have given sermons on this topic. We have expressed our pain, and continue to express it. Statements of protest by us have been printed all over the world. We have also issued press releases. We did not make all these statements for ostentatious purposes or for the sake of someone else or with the fear of the Muslims. Rather, this is part of our faith. Our existence is of no value without the connection to the Holy Prophet(sa). I shall read some extracts of the Promised Messiah(as) in this regard to further expound on the matter.
